In 2021/22 James Builders undertook the first phase of a major renovation and extension project on Burley Lane. This exciting project combined modern architectural design with cutting-edge energy efficient upgrades, resulting in a home that is both striking in appearance and highly functional.

Phase 1

• Architectural roofing - Installation of a dramatic standing seam roof, creating a bold and contemporary profile for the extension

• Energy Efficiency Upgrades - The property’s thermal performance was transformed with external wall insulation and a new solar panel and battery system

• Interior works - Phase 1 of the project delivered a bespoke kitchen installation along with a new en-suite bathroom blending style with practicality.

• Garden Landscaping - The outdoor space was redesigned and landscaped to complement the new extension and provide a welcoming environment.

James Builders retruned in 2023 to carry out follow on improvements .
